Bio

Catherine Yanko is a Ph.D. candidate in Moral Theology/Ethics at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. Her research focuses on twentieth century ethics, fundamental moral theology, virtue theory, and the intersection of psychology and ethics. The title of her dissertation is “Freedom and Self-Realization in the Thought of Josef Fuchs, Servais Pinckaers, and Herbert McCabe.” She is also currently a teaching fellow at Catholic University of America and adjunct professor at Georgetown University in the Core Pathway Program. Previously, she has taught diaconate candidates in the diocese of Belize-Belmopan.
