D318 - The Pastoral Minister as Healer (Schwab)
This course will address the notion of the minister as healer from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Special attention will be given to strategies of conflict resolution and servant leadership models that respect both the proper role of a designated minister and individual/community dynamics during change or crisis.
