From the north:

Take 87 south and  exit at 90 east.  Follow 90 east to exit 5, Everett Road.
Take a right off the ramp and a left at the second light (the road will dead end).  You are now on Central Avenue.
Take Central up a few short blocks to Main Avenue.  Take a right on Main, crossing Washington Avenue and continuing past Albany High School on  your left.  The Pastoral Center, 40 North Main, is on your left, directly after the High School playing field. The driveway leads to the parking lot in back of the building.

From the east:

Take the Mass Pike west and continue on the NYS Thruway, exiting at exit B 1; Hudson.  You will then be on 90 west.  Follow 90 about 12 miles to exit 5,  Everett Road.  Take a left off the ramp and another left at the second light, Central Avenue (the road dead-ends into Central).  Follow Central to Main Avenue, about four short blocks.   Take a right on Main, crossing Washington Avenue and continuing past Albany High School on your left.  The Pastoral Center, 40 North Main, is on your left and the parking lot is behind the building.

From the south:

Take Exit 23 from the NY State Thruway, go through the toll, and go straight ahead onto 787 north (the only way you can take it).  Follow 787 through downtown Albany until you see signs for 90 (signs will say Boston and  Buffalo). Take the 90 ramp on your right and then take the Buffalo ramp on your left.  Follow 90 to exit 5, Everett Road.  Take a left off the ramp and another left at the second  light, Central Avenue.   Follow Central about four short blocks to Main Avenue; take a right on Main, crossing Washington Avenue and continuing past Albany High School on your left. The Pastoral Center, 40 North Main, is on your left and the parking lot is behind the building.

From the west:

Follow 88 until it leads onto the NYS Thruway heading east/south.  Take exit 24, go through the toll, and take 90 east.  Take exit 5 and follow directions for coming from the North, above.
