As a donor to St. Bernard’s, you become part of our ministry to the Church.  Through your generous gifts, our students receive the very best education to support and guide them as they move on to pursue lay and ordained ministries and Catholic service in our communities.

There are many ways to make a gift to St. Bernard’s.

Annual Giving - NEW! - Online Giving

St. Bernard’s annual campaign provides critical operating support to our school.  This year’s campaign will run from June 1, 2007 through May 31, 2008.  All annual gifts are acknowledged in our newsletter The Sheaf.  The Sheaf is mailed to our donors, students, alumni and other friends of St. Bernard’s.

Donor Circles:             

Friend -             up to $99

Supporter -        $100 to $249

Benefactor -       $250 -$499

Patron -              $500 - $999 

In addition to being acknowledged in The Sheaf newsletter, Patrons also receive invitations to recognition events, guest lecturer series and other special events at the School.

Chancellor’s Circle:

         

Cornerstone -     $1000 to $4,999

Trustee -            $5,000 – $9,999

Visionary -         $10,000 +

Members of the Chancellor’s Circle will be listed on the Donor Wall of Honor, and receive invitations to a special Chancellor Circle recognition events such as breakfast or lunch with the president, board chair and Bishop

                                         

Memorial & Tribute Gifts

Pay special tribute to a friend or honor the memory of a loved one through a memorial or tribute gift to St. Bernard’s.  You will receive a letter acknowledging your gift for tax purposes. We will also send an acknowledgement of your gift (no amount mentioned) to the honoree or, in the case of a memorial, to the family member or friend you designate.  Memorial and tribute gifts are also listed in The Sheaf newsletter.

The Legacy Society –Planned Giving, Scholarship and Endowed Funds

Your gift to the Legacy Society supports the long-term viability of St. Bernard’s.  An endowment gift to establish a scholarship fund, endow a Chair or other ongoing program leaves a lasting legacy in the Church and our community.

Many planned giving options are available, the simplest and most popular being to remember St. Bernard’s in you will.
